If you often feel ache or sharp pain in the teeth when exposed to cold drinks of your teeth, you probably exposed to sensitive teeth. Sensitive teeth can happen when your teeth are exposed to cold food, hot, sour and sweet, sensitive teeth sometimes makes us feel uncomfortable, because they can not enjoy some food. Sensitive teeth are caused by many things including:


Brushing your teeth too hard

One cause of tooth sensitivity is brushing too hard, when you brush your teeth too hard, then you can damage the surface of the tooth so that the open dentin, that which causes sensitive teeth.


Excessive use Mouthwash

You must be careful in choosing mouthwash, because if you use mouthwash containing acid and you use it every day, chances are you could be exposed to sensitive teeth.


Teeth Whitening

Teeth whitening  containing peroxide can cause sensitive teeth, usually, sensitive teeth caused by tooth whitening can be cured by stopping the use of tooth whitening. If you want to whiten your teeth, use natural teeth whitening in order not to damage the teeth.

Tips


If you have Sensitive Teeth then you should avoid cold food, hot, sour and sweet, then change your toothpaste with special toothpaste teeth sensitive, take care of oral hygiene, brushing teeth after eating, make sure there are no leftover food stuck on the sidelines tooth.
